ABOUT THE POSITION
Anchor Street Mortgage offers the right candidate an opportunity to join its dynamic, professional team. As a Mortgage Consultant, you will solicit potential borrowers from a variety of sources including company-provided leads, personal networks, membership organizations, community groups and organizations, and marketing campaigns. You will be responsible for originating conforming, conventional and FHA residential mortgage loans, working with your customers throughout the entire process.
Anchor Street Mortgage is committed to making sure its Mortgage Consultants have the tools needed in order to close business. Mortgage Consultants will have access to a variety of lending programs and products to ensure that you can offer your customers the most attractive loan products available. You will work closely with our processors to ensure that the origination process runs smoothly from application to closing.
Ideal candidates will have strong sales skills, including a good phone manner, and good writing skills. You will have direct access to a supportive and experienced management team and there are substantial career growth opportunities available for the right individual.
